Actively creating a great workplace
At Openspace, we believe that culture shapes success. We prioritise diversity, action and enthusiasm in our teams, seeing value in different life experiences and viewpoints.
And according to independent assessment done by Great Place to Work©, 100% of employees at Openspace say it is a great place to work compared to 53% of employees at a typical Global company.
"For Openspace to be recognised as a Great Place to Work means a lot to myself and my co-founder, Shane", emphasised Hian Goh. "Since 2014, we've worked hard to create a culture that embraces hustle, intelligence and action, whilst being an open and transparent workplace. With an emphasis on diversity of thought and experiences, we are proud to have 50% female representation across our 30 team members, with 12 different nationalities and 11 different languages spoken. In the end, we ride the ups and downs as one, but we do it with good humour and treat each other with mutual respect."
Vinod Dontimalla, our VP of Human Resources, added that "we have always believed that we are a great place to work and we are beyond thrilled that it has now been validated by the Great Place to Work awards. The Openspace culture has always been built on openness, collaboration and fun. Because we've learnt that the best ideas can come from anyone, at any time, we weigh everyone’s voice in the organisation equally. As a firm, our collective successes have resulted from operating as one team - a team which takes on its work with good humour and hard hustle. In truth, we will only ever be as good as our people. It's why we bring onboard the best and empower them to deliver results – and, to date, they’ve never let us down."
