Sarisuki: new brand, super Fiesta

Sarisuki, one of our portfolio companies based in the Philippines, has been dedicated to enriching the lives of communities by providing a platform for self-empowerment through a Community Buying Model. This year, they proudly marked their second anniversary and launch of their new brand (advised by VP Brand Impact, Freddie Luchterhand) with the grand launch of Sarisuki Super FIESTA 2023 on May 5, 2023. This festive event served as a heartfelt gesture of gratitude to Sarisuki's Ka-Sangga farmers, Ka-Saripreneurs, and valuable FMCG partners.

Bringing together around 2,000 attendees, including representatives from Universal Robina Corp., The Coca-Cola Company, Bounty Fresh Group, and Gcash — Super FIESTA was a successful event filled with food stalls, exciting games, and raffles.

Founded amidst the peak of the pandemic, Sarisuki emerged as a beacon of hope and community support. The platform's core purpose is to enable individuals to become online grocery sellers within their neighborhoods, offering fresh and affordable grocery items to buyers. Sarisuki quickly gained traction, expanding its network beyond Metro Manila to regions such as Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Batangas, and Quezon City.

As Sarisuki embarks on its journey beyond the two-year mark, led by a new positioning and identity, the company remains dedicated to expanding its reach and positively impacting more communities within the region and beyond.
