At Openspace, Rara helps manage the Jakarta office, our co-headquarters and supports the teams in their endeavours. Alongside this, Rara also cotributes to marketing by managing social media, creating contents and articles, and supporting various marketing initiatives.

Rara has gained experience in the legal field through various projects as a research assistant and project coordinator at the university's legal clinic and moot court club. Previously Rara worked as a community manager and partnership officer in a co-working company with demonstrated history of building and growing community, organizing and implementing effective community engagement strategies and copywriting. She also has experience as a translator in a US-based localization company with a track record of accurately translating literary and creative works from English to Indonesian and vice versa.

Rara obtained her degree in Law from Universitas Sumatera Utara, where she pursued a minor in International Law and graduated with honors.
